First post

As people are so busy, they go to class directly in the morning without eating breakfast. Some of people may think not having breakfast does not influence on their body health. Some of people were believe breakfast is important to people's body health. In my opinion, I'm convinced that we should have breakfast because it is good for our body health.
First of all, breakfast offer us the energy we need for the one day. Before eating breakfast, our body have not any energy. Consequently, we need to eat some food in the morning to get enough energy and nutrient to support our body. If we don't eat the breakfast, then we have no enough energy to go to class efficiently or maybe people will be sleeping on the morning class.

Secondly, people who does not eat breakfast will get more weight. If you don't have breakfast, then you will eat more food at lunch and the dinner. Generally speaking, we don't have much excise in the evening while we eat too much food. As a result, the surplus calorie will be save in our body and make us fat. I was an example with do not eat breakfast in the morning.

All in all, people should eat breakfast in the morning for the good of our health.
